| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨白细胞介素 1α(IL 1α)基因多态性与健康人群血脂水平的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR RFLP)的方法检测 184例湖北地区汉族健康人群IL 1α( 889位点 )基因多态性 ,同时检测血脂水平并进行比较。结果 :健康人群血脂 (TC、TG、HDL C、LDL C、apoA1 、apoB)水平在IL 1α( 889位点 )不同基因型间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :湖北地区汉族健康人群IL 1α( 889位点 )基因多态性与血脂水平间无相关性

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the relationship between the gene polymorphism of interleukin 1 alpha and the plasma lipoprotein level in healthy population. Methods: The gene polymorphism at the position 889 in the promoter of interleukin(IL) 1 alpha was analyzed by a combination polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR RFLP), and the plasma lipoprotein level was inspected in 184 healthy Chinese Han Population of Hubei simultaneously. Results: The plasma lipoprotein level,including TC,TG,HDL C,LDL C,apoA 1, and apoB, was not significantly different among different genotypes of IL 1 alpha ( 889). Conclusion: There is no relationship between the gene polymorphism of IL 1 alpha ( 889) and the plasma lipoprotein level in healthy Chinese Han Population of Hubei. |
