摘    要:目的:测定不同产地的丹参药材中8种有机氯农药的残留。方法随机抽取样品,经有机溶剂超声提取,浓硫酸磺化后,用rtx-5弹性石英毛细管柱(30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25μm)经程序升温技术分离,用电子捕获检测器( ECD)检测,根据色谱峰的保留时间定性,外标法计算含量。结果该方法的加样回收率在85%~105%之间,在一定范围内呈线性良好关系。结论该方法灵敏、准确,适合于丹参中有机氯农药残留的研究,同时丹参中含有一定量的残留农药,在使用时应重视其质量问题。

Abstract:Objective To determine the residue of organchlorine pesticide in Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiza produced from different places. Methods Samples were extracted with mixed solvents by ultrasonic,then purified with sulfuric acid.The capillary column was rtx-5 (30 m ×0.25 mm ×0.25 μm)and detected by ECD detector,and then determined according to the retention time of chromatographic peak.Ruselts The adding sample recoveries of organchlorine pesticides were 85%~105%,and the contents of the eight pesticides residue had good linear correlation in a certain range.Conclusions This method is sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the study of organchlorine pesticide residues in Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiza.Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiza contains a certain amount of residual pes-ticides, so when we use the Radix Salvia Mitiorrhiza,we should pay more attention to the quality control.
