异丙托溴胺治疗老年人非变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的观察异丙托溴胺喷雾剂治疗老年人常年性非变应性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性.方法采取随机对照试验,分试验组和对照组.试验组22例,每日鼻腔喷雾异丙托溴胺喷雾剂2次,每次2喷;对照组30例,每日鼻腔喷雾布地奈德喷雾剂2次,每次2喷,疗程均为2周.观察两组治疗前后临床效果和不良反应.结果试验组有效率95.5%,对照组有效率73.3%,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）;鼻黏膜纤毛运动时间,试验组与对照组治疗前后均未见显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论异丙托溴胺喷雾剂治疗老年人常年性非变应性鼻炎效果明显,对鼻纤毛运动功能未见明显影响.

Observation of therapeutic effect with ipratropium bromide nasal spray in the elderly perennial non-allergic rhinitis patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety with ipratropium bromide nasal spray in the treatment of rhinorrhea in the elderly perennial non-allergic rhinitis patient.Methods 52 cases of elderly perennial non-allergic rhinitis patients were divided into two groups at random.There were 22 cases in the treatment group,and 30 cases in control group.The patients sprayed ipratropium bromide spray 4 times daily or budesonide spray 4 times daily for consecutive 2 weeks.The clinical effect and side-effect on the pre-treatment group were compared with the post-treatment one.Results The effective rate in the treatment group is 95.5%,and that in the control one is 73.3%.The differences are significant between those two groups(P<0.05).Nasal mucociliary clearance: within these two groups,there are no significant differences between pretreatment and posttreatment.(P>0.05).Conclusion Ipratropium bromide nasal spray is effective and safe for the control of rhinorrhea in patients with elderly perennial non-allergic rhinitis,but no obviously effective to nasal mucociliary clearance.
