| 摘 要： | 目的综述失血性休克液体复苏的研究新进展。方法通过查阅有关文献进行分析总结。结果关于失血性休克复苏液体选择仍存在争议,传统的复苏方法正受到新的复苏方法的挑战。结论目前认为HS、HSD是失血性休克复苏液体较好选择,新的复苏方法—即限制(低压)复苏、延迟复苏和低温复苏正在成为研究热点。

| Abstract: | Objective Synthesically comments of the new researching development in resuscitate of liquid in bleed to shocking.Method Through the reference literature for analyzing and summarize.Result The dispute of the resuscitate of liquid in bleed to shocking is still esse and the fraditional technique has faced challenge from novel techmique.Conclusion HS HSD is still the best chose in resuscitate of liquid in bleed to shocking at present and the novel techniques are becoming focus of study. |
