摘    要:目的:分析机动医疗方舱舱室温度场和气流速度场的分布状态并设计合理的舱室温度环境。方法:运用计算流体动力学理论和有限元技术建立了模拟、预测舱室温度环境的数值仿真方法,通过试验对数值仿真结果进行了验征,运用空气调节工程理论和数值仿真方法设计了医疗方舱的舱室温度环境。结果:舱室气流组织的运动形态和温度场、速度场的分布状态符合标准规定的要求。结论:数值仿真方法合理可行,设计的医疗方舱舱室温度环境有利于提高舱室内人员的热舒适性和医疗作业的效果。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the distribution of air thermal field and velocity field inside mobile medical shelters and to redesign a reasonable thermal environment in them.Methods:A numerical simulation method that is based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element method (FEM) was established to predict the thermal environment inside the shelters.The rationality of this method was verified by test results.The thermal environment inside the shelters was designed according to the air_conditioning theories and that simulation method. Results:The forms and distribution of airflow, the thermal field and the velocity field inside the shelters satisfied the requirements of thermal standard.Conclusions:The simulation method is rational and feasible.The designed thermal environment inside the shelters will benefit the improvements in personal comfort and medical operation effects.
