摘    要:目的探讨高频超声检查正常成人腋动脉主要分支的声像图特征。方法使用高频超声检查30名正常成人60侧腋动脉主要分支,描述并记录正常成人腋动脉主要分支的走行特点及检查方法。结果通过骨骼、肌肉、肌腱作为解剖标志,详细描述了正常成人腋动脉主要分支的超声检查方法及其与周围骨骼、肌肉、神经的毗邻关系。结论高频超声可清晰显示正常成人腋动脉主要分支,可作为腋动脉主要分支的首选无创性检查方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasonic characteristics of axillary artery main branches in normal adults. Methods For 30 normal adults, main branches of 60 axillary arteries were examined with high-frequency ultrasound. The shape characteristics and examinational methods of the main branches were described and recorded. Results The adjoining relationship and ultrasonic characteristics of bones, muscles and nerves surrounding axillary artery main branches in normal adults were described in detail through the anatomic landmark of bones, muscles and tendons. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can clearly display main branches of axillary arteries in normal adults. As a preferred noninvasive examination, high-frequency ultrasound can be used for detecting main branches of axillary arteries in normal adults.
