白花蛇舌草注射液中齐墩果酸的含量测定

摘    要:目的测定白花蛇舌草注射液中齐墩果酸含量。方法采用香草醛-高氯酸法,用紫外分光光度法测定吸收度。结果齐墩果酸的紫外最大吸收波长为548nm,在1.56—14.06p,g/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),在90min内稳定。结论该法简便、准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To determine total tritepenoidic acid in injection Herba Hedyotis Diffusae. Methods Total tritepenoidic acid was determined by vanilin-perchloric acid method and UV spectrophotometry. Results The UV absorbance peak of tritepenoidic acid was at 548nm. The linear ranges of tritepenoidic acid were from 1.56 to 14.06 ug/ mL (r = 0. 999 6). Tritepenoidic acid could be stable within 90 min. Conclusion The established method is easy and accurate, thus it is applicable for the quality control of injection Herba Hedyotis Diffusae.
