摘    要:目的:探讨运动性肌肉肌腱损伤治疗与康复的手段和生物材料在运动性肌肉肌腱损伤修复中的应用现状.方法:用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI:1990/2009)和 Medline database(1990/2009),按纳入和排除标准,对文献进行筛选,资料收集和质量评价,共纳入28篇文章.从运动造成肌肉肌腱损伤的发生机制、生物材料修复肌肉肌腱损伤和损伤的治疗康复手段3方面进行总结.结果:肌肉肌腱损伤后治疗、功能恢复手段的研究与发展一直是亟待解决的重要课题.修补运动性肌腱损伤的生物材料与人体组织相容性好、易被组织吸收、不易感染、无粘连及断裂、无排斥等现象,表现了其优势.中医治疗、运动治疗和药物等是肌腱损伤后功能恢复的主要康复手段.结论:在运动性肌肉损伤修复中,生物材料发展迅速.随着研究的发展,各种修补运动性肌肉肌腱损伤的治疗与康复手段将不断完善.

Application of biomaterials for rehabilitation treatment of sport injury of muscle and tendon
Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of biomaterials for rehabilitation treatment of sport injury of muscle and tendon. METHODS: Articles in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria were retrieved from CNKI and Medline database from 1990 to 2009. After data evaluation, there were 28 articles were included in the final analysis. The included articles were summarized based on mechanism of sport injury of muscle and tendon, application of biomaterials, and rehabilitative treatment. RESULTS: Treatment and functional recovery following injury of muscle and tendon attracted much attention. Biomaterials were characterized by well biocompatibility to human body, easy absorption, hard infection, no adhesion, breakage and rejection. Therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, sport therapy, and drug therapy were major methods for functional recovery following injury of muscle and tendon. CONCLUSION: Biomaterials have been rapidly developed to repair sport injury of muscle and tendon. Furthermore, more therapy and rehabilitation methods will be further enhanced in the future.
