麻芩咳喘合剂治疗哮喘的临床疗效评价及机制研究

目的评价麻芩咳喘合剂治疗哮喘的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法观察麻芩咳喘合剂对80例哮喘患者的临床症状、肺功能、气道反应性及血清内皮素（ET）、一氧化氮（NO）水平的影响；并与40例采用西药治疗的患者进行对照、分析。结果麻芩咳喘合剂可显著改善哮喘患者症状，改善其肺功能，降低气道反应性，降低哮喘患者血清ET、NO水平。结论麻芩咳喘合剂通过对哮喘始动环节的抑制，拮抗哮喘炎性介质的释放，达到控制气道慢性炎症，减少哮喘发作，减轻发作程度的目的。麻芩咳喘合剂具有明确的拮抗气道慢性炎症和治疗哮喘的作用。

Clinical effect and mechanism of MAQINKECHUANHEJI on asthma

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of MAQINKECHUANHEJI on asthma and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods The influence of MAQINKECHUANHEJI on clinical symptom, pulmonary function, airway reactivity , ET and NO levels in blood serum of asthma patients were observed. Results MAQINKECHUANHEJI could improve clinical symptom of asthma patients markedly, amend pulmonary function, degrade airway reactivity and ET,NO levels in blood serum. Conclusion MAQINKECHUANHEJI can control airway chronic inflammation, decrease the frequency and degree of asthma episode through inhibiting asthma impetus link and retarding the release of asthma--related inflammatory media. MAQINKECHUANHEJI possesses conclusive therapeutic effect on airway chronic inflammation and asthma.
