| 摘 要： | 通过查阅大量文献资料,对百岁老人分布密集区域的自然地理环境进行总结、分析,探讨自然地理环境与长寿的关系,及其作用机理。得出长寿区的地形、地貌、气候、水文、地壤等自然地理环境要素能够有效的改善人体健康状况,提高人体机能以及抵抗疾病、防止衰老的能力,从而对人体寿命的延长起到有效的促进作用。

| Abstract: | After consulting lots of literatures and data, the summary and analysis about the natural geography environment of the coarctate areas in which the hundred aged person lived are achieved;then we discuss the connections between natural geography environment and longevity.The result is that the natural geography environment factors,includes landform,climate,hydrology,soil of the longevity areas,can improve the conditions of people's health effectively and enhance the abilities of resistance on disease and avoiding decrepitude.Thereby it can take an advance action to prolong people's life effectively. |
