三金排石汤联合手术治疗胆总管合并肝内胆管结石临床观察

目的：观察经内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST）联合中药治疗胆总管结石合并肝内胆管结石的临床疗效。方法：选取胆总管合并肝内胆管结石患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组采用EST取石联合中药治疗;对照组单纯应用EST治疗。结果：治疗组和对照组治疗后胆总管治愈率分别为95%和87.5%,两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。两组肝内胆管结石总有效率分别为75%和27.5%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中药联合EST治疗胆总管合并肝内胆管结石疗效显著,且无严重并发症与毒副作用,值得进一步推广应用。

Clinical Observation of San Jin Pai Shi Tang allied with Operation on Choledocholith and Hepatolith

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of endoscopic sphincterotomy （EST） associated with.traditional Chinese medicine on choledocholith and hepatolith. Methods：80 cases of choledocholith and hepatolith were collected and randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each one. In treatment group,the combined therapy of EST and Chinese herbs was adopted. In control group, simple EST was applied. Results：The curative rates of choledocholith were 95% and 87.5% in treatment group and control group respectively,without significant difference in comparison（P〉0.05）. The total effective rates of hepatolith were 75% and 27.5% in two groups respectively,indicating significant difference（P〈0.05）. Even though the curative rates of choledocholith were similar in two groups,the total effective rate of hepatolith in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion：The combined therapy of Chinese herbs and EST achieves significant therapeutic effect on choledocholith and hepatolith and without severe complications and toxic side effects happening. Hence, this therapy is worth to be further promoted.
