“首届西藏基层骨干医生培训班”培训需求与效果评估分析

目的了解培训班藏区基层卫生技术人员的培训需求和效果,进而为该项目的持续培训以及藏区基层卫生技术人员的其他培训提供参考依据。方法采用现场问卷调查的方法,自行设计评估问卷,对首期培训班100名藏区基层卫生技术人员进行问卷调查。结果通过对首期培训班培训内容的需求、培训过程的评价(包括培训过程中的组织情况、教学方式和时间安排等各维度的评价情况分析)、培训效果的评价三方面进行分析,结果表明本次培训班课程设置模块合理,能够反映西藏基层卫生服务的实际需要,培训过程及培训效果都比较满意。结论考虑藏区的特点,适当调整培训班课程结构与内容,合理安排培训时间,丰富培训形式及内容,为以后的各期培训做好准备。

Evaluation of The 1st Tibet Primary Doctors Training Class Training Needs and Effect

Objective To understand the training needs and effect of the Tibet primary health technical personnel in the first training course,thus provide a reference basis to the continuous training of the project and other training of the Tibet primary health technical personnel.Methods With questionnaire survey method,design an assessment questionnaire,100 Tibet primary health technical personnels answer questionaire.Results Analyse the training content needs,training process evaluation(organization,teaching way,time management) and training effect evaluation,The results show that this training class module reasonable,express the practical need of Tibet primary health service.Training process and effect of training are satisfied.Conclusion Considering the characteristics of the Tibetan area,appropriate adjust the course structure and content.Arrange training time,rich training style and contents,prepare for the training courses.
