布氏菌病人与人传播病例调查

目的为查明非职业人员感染布氏菌病的原因。方法采用流行病学和实验室检测方法对患者及其生活环境和饮食习惯及接触人员进行调查。结果患者系急性期布氏菌病病人，并从其血和骨髓中分离出羊3型布氏菌。患者的丈夫于6个月前曾因接触牧区山羊，而患上布氏菌病一直误诊误治至今，夫妻间有未采取保护措施的性行为。患者无染疫牲畜和畜产品接触史。结论患者所患布氏菌病系人与人传播的可能性最大。

Investigation on Person- to- person transmission of Brucella patient

Objective To investigate the cause of an unprofessional person infected with brucellosis. Methods Epidemiology and laboratory examination were applied to the investigation in living environment, eating habit and contact person of the patient. Results It was affirmed that she was an acute brucellosis patient, and Brucella melitensis biotype IH was isolated from her blood and bone. Her husband was infected with brucellosis by contacting goats from epidemic area. He has suffered misdiagnosis and mistreatment until the investigation for six months. After falling ill, they live together up to now, and have unprotected sex. The wife has not contacted either diseased animals or livestock products. Conclusions It is the most possibility that she was infected with brucellosis by mode of person to person transmission.
