摘    要:目的探索PBL教学方法在生物化学检验教学中的效果。方法在医学检验05级专业专科生的生物化学检验教学中,开展PBL教学法实践。通过考核和问卷考试评价PBL教学效果。结果PBL教学组考核成绩与对照组比较有显著差异性。同时在意见反馈结果中显示学生对于PBL教学模式有很高的热情,可以更好地发挥学生的主观能动性。结论PBL教学法优于传统的常规教学法,可提高生物化学检验教学的效果:

Abstract:Objectives To explore the effects of Problem-based learning (PBL)model in clinical biochemistry teaching. Methods An experimental study on PBL applied to clinical biochemistry teaching was conducted in 2005 college by examination and table analysis. Results PBL students and the effect of teaching was evaluated model is proved to be better than the traditional education model in clinical biochemistry teaching. The results of table analysis also show that PBL model is more suitable to the most students in clinical thought culture and autonomous study motivation. Conclusion PBL model can improve the effect of clinical biochemistry teaching.
