河北省农村高血压患病的知晓率控制率和治疗率以及影响因素调查分析

目的为了解河北省农村高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率及其影响因素,评估高血压对健康的危害,为河北省农村高血压综合防治提供决策依据.方法采取分阶段整群随机抽样,抽取河北省6个县18个乡36个村的1 080户作为研究对象,以问卷调查和体格检查相结合的方式进行调查.结果15岁以上人群高血压患病率为30.0%,高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为26.1%,21.4%和1.7%.非条件Logistic回归分析显示,影响高血压知晓率、治疗率的主要因素是年龄、测量血压时间、家族史、体质指数和性别.结论河北省部分农村高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率亟待提高.

The Investigation on Rates of Awareness, Treatment and Control of Hypertension and Its Influence Factors in Rural Areas of Hebei Province

Objective To assess the rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension and its influence factors in rural areas of Hebei province.Methods A random cluster sampling survey was taken among 1 080 families in 36 villages of Heibei province.The investigation included questionnaire and examination of blood pressure,body height,body mass index,etc.Results The hypertension prevalence was up to 30.0% in people aged 15 above and the rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were 26.1 % and 21.4 % and 1.7 %,respectively in rural area of Hebei province.The hypertension prevalence was increased with the age.The unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that the main effect factors on the rates of awareness and treatment were age,blood pressure;family history;body mass index,and sex.Conclusions The rates of awareness,treatment and control of hypertension were expected to be improved in rural areas of Hebei province,and corresponding intervention measures should be taken to educate patients with health knowledge of hypertension and might effectively prevent the occurrence of hypertension.
