支气管舒张试验在小儿慢性咳嗽鉴别诊断中的应用

目的探讨支气管舒张试验在小儿慢性咳嗽鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对以干咳为主的263例慢性咳嗽患儿进行肺功能检测,其中气道阻力增高者加做支气管舒张试验,改善率>20%为阳性。结果115例支气管舒张试验中阳性共71例,支气管舒张前后呼吸阻抗各值比较差异有统计学意义。结论支气管舒张试验阳性有助于咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)诊断,在小儿慢性咳嗽鉴别诊断中有一定应用价值。

Application of the bronchial dilation test in differential diagnosis of childhood chronic cough

Objectives To investigate the differential diagnostic value of bronchial dilation test applied in children with chronic cough.Methods The pulmonary function were measured in 263 children who have got chronic cough as the main symptom without apparent sputum.The bronchial dilation test was applied only in cases with increased airway resistance.The airway resistance improved > 20% of pre-test value was considered as positive result.Results There are 115 cases with higher airway resistance.Among them,71 cases got positive results with significant difference(P < 0.05=between pre and post values.Conclusions The bronchial dilation test is a useful tool in diagnosis of cough variant asthma(CVA),especially in children with chronic cough as a valuable differential diagnostic method.
