我院402例药品不良反应报告分析

目的了解药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况和一般规律,促进合理用药。方法对2009年医院上报的402例ADR报告,按患者年龄、性别、给药途径、药品类别、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现进行统计、分析。结果 402例ADR报告共涉及药品11类141种,其中抗微生物药引发的ADR最多,共198例（49.25%）,其次为中药制剂54例（13.43%）;主要给药途径为静脉滴注（362例,占90.05%）;皮肤及其附件损害最为常见,有208例（48.83%）;ADR多发于50岁以上人群。结论临床应重视ADR的监测工作,规范并合理用药,保证患者用药安全。

ADR Analysis of 402 Cases Reported in Our Hospital

Objective To probe into the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in our hospital.Methods A total of 402 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2009 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients＇ age and sex,route of administration,drug varieties,involved organs or systems and the clinical manifestations.Results Of total 402 ADR cases,141 kinds of drugs（11 categories） were used,with antimicrobial drugs taking the lead,which caused ADR in 198 cases（49.25%）,followed by tradition-al Chinese medicine injections in 54 cases（13.43%）.Three hundred and sixty-two（90.05%） cases were induced by intravenous route and lesions of skin and its appendants were the most common presentations of ADR,which appeared in 208 cases（48.83%）.ADR was more often seen in the patients aged above 50 years.Conclusion Importance should be attached to the monitoring of ADR in clinic to standardize clinical rational use and ensure medication safety.
