女性不孕患者血清抗精子抗体和抗子宫内膜抗体测定

目的:探讨抗精子抗体(AsAb)和抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)在女性原发和继发不孕发病中的作用。方 法:采用凝集试验和ELISA方法检测262例原发不孕、112例继发不孕和40名正常对照的血清AsAb和EmAb。结 果:原发不孕组AsAb和EmAb总阳性率分别为19.08%和39.69%,继发不孕组分别为14.28%和44.64%,均高于 正常对照组(P<0.05)。继发不孕AsAb阳性患者中75%有人工流产史。结论:AsAb和EmAb在原发和继发不孕 中均起重要作用;人工流产可能是继发不孕的第一原因。

Clinical significance of AsAb and EmAb detection in female infertility patients

Aim: To study the role of antisperm antibody (AsAb) and antiendometrial antibody (EmAb) in female primary infertility and secondary infertility. Methods: Serum AsAb was measured by agglutination and serum EmAb was measured by ELISA in 262 primary infertility patients, 112 secondary infertility patients,and 40 normal women. Results: The total positive rates of AsAb in primary and secondary infertility were 19.08%and 14.28%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). The total positive rates of EmAb in primary and secondary infertility were 39.69% and 44.64%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that with control group (P<0.05). 75% AsAb positive patients with secondary infertility had artificial abortion. Conclusion: AsAb and EmAb may play the important roles in female infertility. Artificial abortion may be the crucial factor of female secondary infertility.
