儿童腹痛328例病因诊断及分析

目的：根据儿童急性腹痛的特点，诊断儿童腹痛应综合临床及相关检查提供的依据，做出准确诊断，给予适当治疗。方法：对临床328例腹痛患儿进行选择性辅助检查和分析。结果：小儿腹痛病因复杂，腹腔内疾病占64．63％，共17种病因；腹腔外疾病占35．37％，共6种病因。结论：仔细询问病史、认真体格检查、密切观察病情、针对性地选择辅助检查，在儿童腹痛的诊断上具有重要的意义。

Analysis on Diagnosis of Causes of Disease of 328 Cases of Abdominal Pain of Children

Objective： In order to diagnose the abdominal pain of children correctly and give them suitable trea ment, it is necessary to combine the clinical and other assistant examinations. Methods： Taking assistant examinations and making analysis on 328 clinical cases of children suffering abdominal pain. Results： The causes of abdominal pain of children are complicated. there are 17 causes concerning inner abdomen （64. 63%） and 6 causes concerning outward abdomen. Conclusion： There is great significance in the diagnosis of abdominal pain of children if it is asked and tested carefully and assistantly examined targetedly.
