| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）结合持续性被动运动（CPM）治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效.方法对36例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折行DHS内固定,术后3 d行股四头肌等长锻炼,结合CPM机行下肢各关节功能锻炼.结果术后随访平均14个月,疗效优26例、良9例、差1例,优良率97.2%.所有病例骨折均愈合,无内固定物松动、脱位.1例Evans Ⅲ型发生轻度髋内翻.结论采用DHS结合下肢CPM是一种效果较好的治疗高龄老年人粗隆间骨折的方法.
