单用吗啡与联合用药治疗转移性骨肿瘤疼痛疗效比较

目的:研究吗啡控释片联合双氯芬酸钠、抗抑郁药对于转移性骨肿瘤疼痛的镇痛效果、副作用及经济价值.方法:83例转移性骨肿瘤疼痛患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组单用吗啡控释片治疗,Ⅱ组吗啡控释片联合应用双氯芬酸钠、阿米替林.两组的吗啡用量均随患者疼痛强度调整,直到疼痛控制在3以下,观察两组的吗啡用量、副作用及药品费用.结果:Ⅱ组的吗啡用量及总的药品费用明显低于Ⅰ组,且两组副作用无明显差异.结论:吗啡控释片联合应用双氯芬酸钠及阿米替林能有效地控制转移性骨肿瘤疼痛,减轻患者经济负担,且不增加副作用的发生.

Comparative study on use therapeutic efficacy of single of Morphine and drug combined medication

Objective; To study the efficacy, side effect and economic value of morphine controlled - release tablets plus diclofenac sodium and antidepressive drugs in the treatment of pain caused by metastatic bone carcinoma. Methods: 83 patients with pain of meta-static bone carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups. Group I was treated only with morphine controlled - release tablets, Group II with morphine controlled - release tablets, diclofenac sodium and amitriptyline. The dosage of morphine controlled - release tablets, the adverse reaction and the medical cost were observed. Results: The dosage of morphine controlled - release tablets and the medical cost in Group II were obviously lower than those in Group I. The side effects were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions: Morphine controlled - release tablets plus diclofenac sodium and antidepressive drugs can treat the pain of metastatic bone carcinoma effectively, relieve the economic burden of the patient while not to increase the side effects.
