| 摘 要： | 目的了解本科护生临床实习期间体格检查带教情况，并针对存在的问题提出相应对策。方法在实习结束后，采用自设问卷对99名本科护生进行有关实习期间体格检查带教情况的调查，并对结果进行汇总与分析。结果护生临床实习期间的体格检查带教存在较明显的缺陷，未取得良好的实习效果。结论带教老师带教意识及能力欠缺、医疗基础实习的作用未完全发挥、护生学习主动性不足足造成体格检查带教效果不佳的主要原因。有针对性地采取措施，可提高护生的体格检查能力。
