慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医病机特点及“从肠论治”的理论探讨

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是临床常见病、多发病,其病因复杂、发病机制尚不明确,临床缺乏有效治疗手段。文章结合古今文献对COPD的中医学发病机制及其中医证候分布规律的研究,归纳出本虚标实是COPD的根本病机,瘀阻肺络、痰阻气机肺气不宣是导致COPD病势深伏并呈进行性发展的关键环节。临床辨治中,在整体辨证的基础上,应重视化痰消瘀,并提出基于肺与大肠相表里理论,合理采用通利大肠之法,将有助于改善COPD患者痰阻络瘀、肺气不宣的病理状态,减少CPOD反复急性发作、改善生活质量。
