| 摘 要： | 目的:研究柴胡三参胶囊对心肌缺血心律失常模型大鼠的防治作用,通过检查指标探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:以结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支为模型,将60只大鼠分为模型组、假手术组、柴胡三参胶囊小、中、大剂量组和普罗帕酮组,观察大鼠结扎后心电图、心肌细胞Ca2+浓度及SERCA2amRNA表达。结果:柴胡三参胶囊可减少大鼠心肌缺血心律失常的发生,减少心肌细胞内Ca2+超载,增强SERCA2amRNA的表达。结论:柴胡三参胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血心律失常具有明显的保护作用,可能是通过增加SERCA2amRNA活性,从而减少心肌细胞内Ca2+超载。
