炎性细胞因子及C反应蛋白在癫痫患儿外周血中的表达及临床意义

目的观察炎性细胞因子及C反应蛋白（CRP）在癫痫患儿外周血中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法检测36例癫痫患儿及30例同期健康体检儿童外周血中白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）及CRP的表达水平。结果癫痫组患儿血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α及CRP水平均显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）,采用抗癫痫药物治疗的患儿上述指标较未用药者显著降低（P〈0.01）,且IL-2、IL-6与TNF-α呈显著正相关（r=0.440,0.681,P〈0.01）。结论癫痫患儿外周血中炎性细胞因子及CRP表达水平显著升高,神经免疫功能失衡及炎症反应可能是癫痫发病的重要环节。

Expression and clinical significance of inflammatory cytokines and C-reactive protein in peripheral blood of children with epilepsy

Objective To explore the expression of inflammatory cytokines and C-reactive protein （CRP） in the peripheral blood of children with epilepsy and its clinical significance. Methods Totally 36 children with epilepsy （epilepsy group） and 30 healthy children （control group） were selected and the expression levels of the interleukin-2 （IL-2）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） and the CRP in peripheral blood of all children were detected. Results The IL- 2, IL-6, TNF-α and CRP levels were obviously higher in epilepsy group than those in the control group. Antiepileptic drug therapy significantly decreased levels of the above indicators （P〈0.01）. TheIL-2andIL-61evelsbothshowedsignificantpositivecorrelationswithTNF-α（ r = 0. 440,0. 681, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The inflammatory cytokines and CRP in the peripheral blood of children with epilepsy elevated significantly. The imbalance of neuroimmunomodulation and inflammation are con- sidered the key roles played in epilepsy.
