新疆地区254例维吾尔族肺癌患者临床特征分析

目的通过对新疆地区维吾尔族肺癌患者的临床资料进行统计分析,了解维吾尔族肺癌患者临床特征。方法收集254例维吾尔族肺癌患者病历资料,对发病年龄、性别、居住地区、病理分期、病理类型、表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）基因突变等数据进行统计分析。结果男女发病比例为1.5∶1,南疆四地州总体构成比约为50.02%;晚期肺癌所占构成比为70.09%;小细胞肺癌占26.38%,非小细胞肺癌患者占73.62%,其中腺癌占总体的40.55%。维吾尔族非小细胞肺癌EGFR基因突变率约为15.79%,且与性别无关。结论新疆地区维吾尔族肺癌在发病特征、临床特点以及病理类型、EGFR基因突变方面有其自身特点,为新疆地区维吾尔族肺癌的防治提供可靠资料。

Clinical feature analysis of 254 cases of Uygur lung cancer patients in Xinjiang area

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of lung cancer patients with Uygur Nationality by analyzing the clinical data of those patients in Xinjiang area. Methods The clinical data of 254 lung cancer patients with Uygur Nationality were collected to analyze the patho- genetic al;e, gender, residential area, pathological stages and patterns as well as epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） gene mutation, etc. ResultsThe ratio of males and females was 1.5：1, the total con~tituent ratio of four states of South Xinjiang was 50.02 %, the constituent ratio of patients with advanced lung cancer, small - cell lung cancer, non- small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） and adenocarcinoma were 70.09 %, 26.38 %, 73.62 % and 40.55 %, respectively. The EGFR gene muta- tion of N SCLC patients with Uygur Nationality was 15.79 %, which had no association with gender. Conclusion Lung cancer patients with Uygur Nationality in Xinjiang have special characteris- tics in pathogenetic, clinical and pathological patterns as well as EGFR gene mutation, thus providing reliable data for the prevention and treatment for lung cancer patients with Uygur Nationality,
