| 摘 要： | 目的测定国产血竭胶囊的溶出度,以控制其内在质量。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定国产血竭胶囊的溶出度,测定波长284nm。结果同厂不同批次制剂之间的溶出度参数有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同厂的制剂相比有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论为进一步控制其内在质量,其标准中应增加溶出度测定。
