| 摘 要： | 目的探讨刘志明老中医经验方强心复脉合剂治疗病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的临床疗效.方法将80例患者随机分成治疗组(40例)和对照组(40例),治疗组口服强心复脉合剂100 mL,Bid,对照组口服阿托品0.3 mg,Tid,观察时间均为连续4周.结果在改善SSS临床症状方面治疗组明显优于对照组;对动态心电图各项指标的改善治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论刘志明老中医经验方强心复脉合剂治疗SSS有效,且疗效明显优于阿托品.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of LIU Zhi-ming's experienced recipe-Qiangxin Fumai Mixture(QXFMM)in treating sick sinus syndrome(SSS).Methods Eighty patients with SSS were randomly divided into two groups,the treated group(n =40)and the control group(n =40),the treated group were treated with QXFMM 100 mL bid,and the control group were treated with atropin 0.3 mg tid,both for 4 weeks constantly.Result To the symptom alleviation of SSS,the treated group was more superior to that of the control group.To the index alleviation of Holter,the treated group was more superior to that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Remarkable TCM doctor LIU Zhi-ming's experienced recipe-Qiangxin Fumai Mixture(QXFMM)is efficacious on SSS treatment,and the clinical effect is superior to atropin. |
