| 摘 要： | 癫痫是一组由脑部细胞受损伤和全身性疾病等各种原因所引起的反复发作性、短暂性脑功能障碍的临床综合征。中西药治疗癫痫可减少药物不良反应,提高患者生活质量。本文对目前应用抗癫痫药物的治疗进行评价,收集国内外相关文献从抗癫痫西药和中药的机制、分类、不良反应等方面予以综述。

| Abstract: | Epilepsy is a clinical symptomes complice which characterized by the periodic of recurrent attacks and disordered brain function, caused by various kinds of factors such as injury of pars encephalica and systemic disease. Traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for epilepsy can reduce adverse drug reactions and improve the quality of life of patients. This article evaluated the current appraisal situation of using the antiepileptic treatment,by reviewing literatures at home and broad,and reviewed on Western and traditional Chinese medicine of mechanism, classification, and adverse reactions etc. |
