| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨医院开展静脉药物配置中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services PIVAS)工作的作用和意义。方法 依据药物特性设计而且符合GMP规范，建立静脉药物配置中心、制定医院全封闭输液配置中心药物领用流程，配药信息传递流程．配药工作流程及相关的管理规程。结果与结论 开展静脉药物配置中心，保证溶液的无菌性；防止微粒污染；推动临床药学发展；将给药错误减少至最低；确保相溶性和稳定性；减少药物浪费和减低成本；确保职业暴露防护。
