| 摘 要： | 本文采用竞争性蛋白结合法对潜在型慢型克山病和心肌梗塞病人血浆 c AMP 含量作了分析,并与克山病病区和非病区健康人作了对此。结果表明,潜在型、慢型克山病患者血浆cAMP 含量与病区和非病区健康人比较均无显著性差异:而心肌梗塞病人 cAMP 含量不但明显高于克山病病区与非病区健康人,而且高于潜在型和慢型克山病患者,经统计学检验,有显著性差异。

| Abstract: | Plasma cAMP contents were analysed in the patients with latent chronicKeshan Disease,and myocardial infarction,and in healthy persons fromendemic areas and non-endemic areas.Results showed that contents of plasmacAMP from the patients with latent chronic Keshan Disease were no significan-tly difference with that of healthy persons from endemic and non-endemicareas(p>0.05).The contents of plasma cAMP in the patients with myocardialinfarction were significantly difference with that of healthy persons fromendemic and non-endemic areas (p<0.001). |
