医学生心理应激影响因素的流行病学调查

目的了解医学生心理应激现状及影响因素,为缓解医学生心理应激提供实证性参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取研究对象,采用自编《医学生心理应激调查表》进行问卷调查。结果①医学生对自身的压力认知程度良好。②心理应激影响因素中排名前三位的是个人前途/就业、学业因素和经济因素。③大部分学生遇到压力时自己解决。④某校采取的减压措施效果不理想。⑤同学们希望丰富课余活动等措施来缓解自身压力。结论相关部门对学生采取减压干预措施,应按年级、性别等分开进行,有针对性的开展相关心理健康教育活动。

Epidemiological Survey on Influencing Factors of Medical Students' Psychological Stress

Objective To know the psychological pressure and influencing factors of medical students,and to provide empirical reference for easing medical students’ psychological pressure.Methods The research objects were selected by stratified cluster random sampling method.With the self-compiled ＂Psychological Stress Questionnaire on College Students＂,a survey was conducted in the objects.Results Medical students had a good awareness about their own pressure.The top three factors of psychological stress were the future of the individual,academic factors and economic factors.The majority of the students solved psychological stress by themselves when they encountered the pressure.The measures of releasing pressure taken in the school were not ideal.The students hoped that school would enrich extracurricular activities to alleviate pressure of their own.Conclusions The relevant departments of the school should develop targeted psychological education and take intervention measures of releasing pressure according to the students’ grade and gender.
