精神分裂症患者生活满意度相关影响因素分析

目的探讨精神分裂症患者生活满意度的相关影响因素。为临床干预提供依据。方法将315例精神分裂症患者根据精神分裂症患者生活质量量表评分分为两组，观察组126例，对照组189例，对两组的病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果单因素分析显示，两组性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭年收入、家庭关怀及应用新型抗精神病药物比率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05或0．01）；Logistic回归分析显示，性别、婚姻状况是影响精神分裂症患者生活满意度的独立危险因素（P〈0．05），家庭关怀、应用新型抗精神病药物则是独立保护性因素（P〈0．05）。结论精神分裂症患者生活满意度的影响因素较多，临床应首选新型抗精神病药物治疗，同时针对诸多影响因素进行心理干预，从而提高患者的治疗依从性和临床疗效，提高生活质量和生活满意度。

Relevant factors influencing life satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore relevant factors influencing life satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods A total of 315 schizophrenics were assigned to observation （n=126） and control group （n=189） according to their score of the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale （SQLS）, their case history data analyzed retrospectively. Results Single factor analysis showed that there were significant group differences in gender, educational level, marital status, family annual income, family concern and the ratio of utilizing novel antipsyhotics （P~0.05 or 0.01） ; Logistic regression analysis showed that gender and marital status were independent risk factors influencing life satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia （P〈0.05） and family concern and novel antipsyhotics independent protective factors （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Factors influencing life satisfaction of patients with schizophrenia are more, novel antipsyhotics treatment should be first choice clinically, mental interventions be carried out according to influencing factors, thereby treatment compliance and efficacy raised and quality of life and life satisfaction improved.
