8004例未治出院患者的原因分析

目的分析出院患者未治原因,探讨降低未治率的对策。方法对某院2010年至2011年8004例出院患者未治原因进行归类汇总。结果某院患者未治率为12.20%。大部分病人集中在儿科、颅脑外科、普通外科,以发热、支气管炎、挫裂伤等为主要诊断,床位紧张为主要未治原因。结论医院科学管理,完善住院流程,充分病情告知,加强医患沟通是降低出院患者未治率的重要措施。

An Analysis on the Reasons of 8004 Patients Discharged without Treatment

Objective This paper analyzed the reasons of discharged patient without treatment with discussing the countermeasures for reducing it. Methods The reasons of 8004 patients discharged without treatment were classified and summarized from 2010 to 2011 in a hospital. Results The non- treatment rate of the hospital was 12.20%. Most patients were in pediatrics, neurocranial surgery and general surgery whose major diagnosis was fever, bronchitis and laceration. Lacking of beds were the main reasons of non-treatment. Conclusions The important countermeasures of reducing non- treatment rate are scientific management, hospitalization procedure perfection, detail disease inform and doctor-patient communication strengthening.
