音乐治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的探讨音乐治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者临床康复效果的影响。方法对50例慢性精神分裂症患者在常规应用抗精神病药物治疗及护理的基础t，予以音乐辅助治疗，观察12个月。于治疗前及治疗12个月末，采用住院病人护士观察量表评定病情状况，采用住院精神病人社会功能评定量表评定社会功能缺陷状况。结果人组患者经12个月音乐辅助治疗后，住院病人护士观察量表病情总估计、总积极因素及社会兴趣、社会能力因子分均较治疗前显著提高（P〈0．01）。精神病性表现、个人整洁得到明显改善（P〈0．05），总消极因素及激惹、抑郁、迟缓因子分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01）；住院精神病人社会功能评定量表各因子分均较治疗前有显著下降（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论音乐治疗能有效缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状，改善社会功能，提高生活质量和社会适应能力，对患者的全面康复具有显著的促进作用。

Influences of music therapy on rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenic

Objective To explore the influences of music therapy on rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenic. Methods Fifty chronic schizophrenics who received routine antipsychotic treatment and nursing were plus adjunctive music therapy for 12 months. Patient＇s conditions were assessed with the Nurses＇ Obser ration Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE） and social disabilities with the Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients （SSPI） at baseline and at the end of the 12th month. Results After 12 month treatment, total assess of disease condition, total positive factor, social interest and social ability score increased more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈0.01）, psychosis＇ manifestation and individual hygiene improved notably （P〈0. 05）, and total negative factor, irritation, depression and retardation score lowered more significantly （P〈0.01） ; each factor score of the SSPI lowered more significantly （P〈 0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Music therapy could effectively relieved negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenics, improve social function, raise quality of life and social adaptation, and has a notable promoting effect on patients＇ comprehensive rehabilitation.
