地方院校农村大学生成人依恋社会支持与总体幸福感相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨地方院校农村大学生成人依恋、社会支持与总体幸福感的相关性,为学校开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供依据。方法对1180名大学生采用亲密关系经历量表、社会支持评定量表和总体幸福感量表进行测评分析。结果农村大学生亲密关系经历量表依恋回避维度评分、社会支持评定量表主观支持维度评分和总体幸福感量表评分均显著高于城市大学生(P〈0.05或0.01),依恋焦虑维度评分显著低于城市大学生(P〈0.05);总体幸福感量表评分与社会支持评定量表总分及各维度评分呈显著正相关(P〈0.01),与亲密关系经历量表各维度评分呈显著负相关(P〈0.01)。农村大学生亲密关系经历量表依恋回避与依恋焦虑维度评分显著影响社会支持评定量表总分及总体幸福感量表评分(P〈0.01);在农村大学生亲密关系经历量表、社会支持评定量表各维度评分与总体幸福感量表评分的回归分析中,依恋焦虑、主观支持、支持利用度和依恋回避维度评分显著影响总体幸福感量表评分(P〈0.01),依恋焦虑和依恋回避对总体幸福感的影响水平在加入社会支持后下降。结论农村大学生更倾向于回避型依恋,其依恋水平越低,总体幸福感越强。社会支持在农村大学生的依恋水平和总体幸福感之间起中介作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship of adult attachment, social support and general well-be ing among rural students of local college in order to provide basis for developing mental health education purposefully. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Experiences in Close Relationships Inventory (ECR), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) and General Well being Questionnaires (GWB) among 1,180 students. Results Attachment avoidance of the ECR, subjective support of the SSRS and GWB score were all significantly higher (P〈0.05 or 0.01) and attachment anxiety lower (P〈0.05) in rural than urban students; the GWB score was positively related to the total and each dimension score of the SSRS significantly (P〈0.01) and negatively to each dimension score of the ECR (P〈0.01). Attachment avoidance and anxiety score of rural students influenced the total score of the SSRS and the GWB score notably (P〈0.01); regression analysis showed that attachment anxiety, subjective support, support availa bility and attachment avoidance score influences the GWB score notably (P〈0.01), influencing levels of attachment anxiety and avoidance on general well-being lowered after the addition of social support. Conclusion Rural university students are more inclined to avoidance attachment, the lower their attachment levels are, the stronger general well-being is. Social supports play an intermediary role between attachment levels and genereral well-being.
