摘    要:医患沟通能力是医学生应具备的一种基本技能,它的提高是一项复杂而长期的工作。在当前医患关系紧张、医患沟通不畅的现状下,医患沟通教学课程设计中应该设定什么样的目标、课程如何安排、采取何种方法教学都需要我们在教学实践中不断探索、总结。努力培养医学生与患者沟通的能力,学习如何建立医患信任关系以与诊疗关系,使医学生具有宽厚的人文社会科学知识、良好的沟通能力和健康的心理素质,能够从人文、伦理、法律等多角度去思考和处理问题,为医学生转变为合格的执业医师打下良好的基础。

Abstract:Doctor-patient communication is a basic ability and the improvement is a hard and long term task. Under the current status of serious doctor-patient relationship and ineffective communication, it was necessary to explore and summarize the purposes, course arrangement and education methods in the teaching courses of doctor-patient communication for the adequate knowledge in humanities and social science, effective communicating ability, and good psychological quality. That could help medical students consider and deal with problems from the points of humanity, ethics and legal, and provide good basics of upgrading to qualified professional physicians.
