微创技术对缩短平均住院日的影响分析

目的评价微创技术及医保有关单病种政策实施对缩短平均住院日的影响。方法回顾性研究,通过针对子宫肌瘤是否使用腔镜技术的数据进行平均住院日分析,对比应用腔镜手术平均住院日的变化,分析微创手术实施对某一病种平均住院日的影响。结果 2003年-2008年北京市医疗保险子宫平滑肌瘤患者使用腔镜手术平均住院天数比未使用腔镜的手术下降2.3天。结论通过微创技术的使用及医疗保险付费政策的调整可以降低平均住院日。

The Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgeryto the Average Hospitalization Days Reduction

Methods Through the data of whether the single disease （hysteromyoma） using hparoscopic to analyze the average hospitalization days, it has retrospective research, comparing to the change of the average hospitalization days after using laparoscopic. It analyzes the effect before and after the implementation of single diseases to the average hospitalization days of a disease, Results The average hospitalization days of uterine leiomyoma patients had used laparoscopie reduced 2.3 days than those who didn＇t from 2003 to 2008 in Beijing medical insurance; the average hospitalization days of gallstone patients had used laparoscopie reduced 6.1 days than those who didn＇ t. Conclusions Through the application of minimally invesive surgery and the adjustment of medical insurance payment policy, it can reduce the average hospitalization days.
