健康教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

目的探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法将156例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，每组78例。两组均接受抗精神病药物治疗和医疗护理服务，研究组在此基础上给予健康教育，观察8周。于健康教育前及健康教育8周末评定两组服药依从性。结果健康教育前两组服药依从率比较差异无显著性（χ^2=0．68，P〉0．05），健康教育8周末，研究组服药依从率显著高于对照组（χ^2=13．16，P〈0．01）。结论健康教育能显著提高精神分裂症患者的服药依从性，对促进患者的临床康复具有重要意义。

Effects of healthy education on drug compliance of schizophrenia patients

Objective To explore the effects of healthy education on drug compliance of schizophrenia patients. Methods A total of 156 schizophrenics were randomly assigned to two groups of 78 patients each. Both groups received antipsychotic treatment and medical nursing service, research group was plus healthy education on that basis for 8 weeks. Results There was no significant group difference in drug compliance rate before healthy education （χ^2= 0.68, P〉0.05）, drug compliance rate was significantly higher in research than in control group at the end of the 8th week （χ^2=13.16,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Healthy education could effectively improve drug compliance of schizophrenia patient and has great significance for promoting patients＇ clinical rehabilitation.
