| 摘 要： | 目的观察大荨麻根提取物对前列腺增生的治疗作用。方法采用皮下注射丙酸睾酮制作小鼠前列腺增生模型,观察各组前列腺指数的变化及镜下病理学改变。结果大荨麻根提取物可明显降低前列腺增生小鼠的前列腺湿重,前列腺体积和前列腺指数,明显改善其组织形态学结构。结论大荨麻根提取物具有良好的抗前列腺增生作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of extracts from the root of Urtica dioica on prostatic hyperplasia in mice. METHODS Experimental prostatic hyperplasia was produced in the mouse by testosterone injection, The prostate index and pathology changes of prostatic tissues were observed. RESULTS The extracts from roots of Urticadioica decreased prostate index, volume and wet weight of prostatic in mice and improved their prostatic structure. CONCLUSION The extracts from roots of Urticadioica have favorable effect for inhibiting prostatic hyperplasia in mice. |
