血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性与老年人原发性高血压合并脑梗死的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨血管紧张素转化酶 (ACE)基因插入 /缺失 (I/D)多态性与老年人原发性高血压合并脑梗死的相关情况 ,并观察了该多态性与血脂水平的关系。方法 :应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术对 33例高血压合并脑梗死(BI)患者 ,35例高血压无心脑血管合并症 (CCVD)患者 ,及 41例正常对照者进行ACE基因I/D多态性检测。并用全自动生化分析仪测定血清脂质水平。结果 :高血压合并BI组的DD基因型频率 (0 .333)和D等位基因频率 (0 .5 91) ,显著高于对照组的 0 .12 2和 0 .378(分别为P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,以及高血压无CCVD组的 0 .114和 0 .386 (均为P<0 .0 5 )。但是 ,ACE各基因型间的血脂水平在正常对照组和高血压组中差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :ACE基因缺失型可能是老年人高血压合并BI发病的危险因素之一。

Abstract:Objective:To identify the insertion/deletion(I/D) polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene in aged hypertensives complicated with brain infarction(BI) and study the relationship between ACE gene polymorphism and plasma lipid levels.Methods:ACE genotyping with polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was performed in 33 hypertensives complicated with BI,35 hypertensives without cardio-cerebrol vascular diseases(CCVD) and 41 healthy controls,and the plasma lipid levels were determined with automatic biochemical measuring system.Results:The frequencies of DD genotype and deletion allele among hypertensives complicated with BI(0.333 vs 0.591) were higher than those (0.122 vs 0.378 ) among controls (P<0.05 and P<0.01) and those (0.114 vs 0.386) among hypertensives without CCVD (P<0.05).But no significant differences in plasma lipid levels of every genotype were observed in controls or in hypertensives (P<0.05).Conclusion:Deletion polymorphism of ACE gene is probably an important risk factor for progression of BI in aged hypertensives.
