| 摘 要： | 从６００例肠道门诊急性腹泻病人的粪便中检出弧菌科细菌８２株，检出率１３７％。其中副溶血弧菌６０株（７３２％）；非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌８株（９８％）；溶藻弧菌３株（３６％）；拟态弧菌３株（３６％）；气单胞菌８株，其中亲水气单胞菌６株（７３％），温和气单胞菌２株（２４％）。对此８２株致病菌所作的药敏试验提示，喹诺酮类及头孢菌素类（头孢呋新除外）对其有较高的敏感性。

| Abstract: | The 82 strains of vibrio family were detected from 600 fecal samples of acute diarrheal patients.The detected rate was 13.7%.Among these,60 strains(73.2%) were V parahaemolyticus;8 strains(9.8%) were V cholera non O 1;3 strains(3.6%) were V alginolyticus;3 strains (3.6%) were V mimicus;8 strains were in aeromonas,of which 6 strains were A hydrophils and 2 strains were A sobria.The results of susceptibility tests indicated that they were more sensitive to quinolones and cephalosporins (except cefuroxime ). |
