LAK细胞活性与体外培养时间关系的研究

本文报告了以引产胎儿胸腺细胞为淋巴细胞来源，用ＩＬ－２激活后ＬＡＫ活性与培养时间的关系，经多次重复实验证明，ＭＴＴ法是简单，易行，准确可靠的检验ＬＡＫ活性的方法之一，在我们实验室的培养条件之下，ＬＡＫ活性最高时间是在培养４～８天之间，此间ＬＡＫ活性比培养前增加８５．７～１１４．３％，是收获ＬＡＫ细胞的最佳时间，两周后ＬＡＫ活性衰减很快，因此，作者认为，ＬＡＫ细胞培养时间不宜超过两周。

A STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEENLAK ACTIVITY AND INCUBATION TIME IN VITRO

The present paper reported the relationship between LAK actity and incubation time. Many repeat experiments confirmed that MTT method is simple,easy and precise for testing LAK activity.In our laboratory the maximal LAK activity appeared in 4--8day' s incbation.It increased by 85.7--114.3%.This is the best occasion to get LAK cells,but LAK activity reduced sharply two weeks after incubation.So we think.the cultivation period should not be over two weeks after incubation.
