经椎间盘镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术配合

笔者介绍了显微椎间盘镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的手术配合体会。认为术前对患者进行心理护理取得合作及物品准备周全；术中洗手护士熟悉手术步骤，了解特殊器械使用时机及方法；巡回护士与麻醉师的密切协助，严密观察呼吸、血压以及显微椎间盘镜器械的正确使用，消毒和保养，是新技术得以顺利开展的重要保证。

Nursing cooperation in the operation on lumbar disc herniation at microendoscopic discectomy

In the paper the authors introduced their experience in operative cooperation on lumbar disc herniation at microendoscopic discectomy, holding that the key guarantee for the development of new technique existed in preoperative mental care for patients, careful preparation of operative utensils, washing-hand nurses' good knowledge of operative procedures and the right time for use of special instruments, the close coordination of circuit nurses with anesthetist, their close observation of the respiration, blood pressure, the right operation, disinfection and maintenance of the instrument of microendoscopy.
