摘    要:目的:探讨MR成像技术对膝关节外伤性骨损伤的诊断价值。材料与方法:对20例膝关节进行瓦W/TSE,T2W/TSE,STIR,FFE序列扫描,并与X线及CT结果相比较。结果:全部病例X线及CT骨结构均未见异常,MRI表现呈T1WI不规则网状、地图状低信号。T2WI呈高信号改变,STIR序列呈明显高信号,并与其病理改变相符合。FFE序列呈低信号表现,并可见微细骨小梁断裂。同时MRI还能够反应出合并的半月板、韧带损伤及关节腔(囊)内积血。结论:MR检查明显优于传统影像学检查方法(X线、CT),有助于提高临床对外伤性骨损伤的认识,使其得到及时有效的治疗,便于关节功能的恢复。

Abstract:Purpose:To evaluate the usefulness of MRI in knee joint trauma.Materials and Methods:MR images of 20 cases of knee joint were obtained using T 1W/TSE,T 2W/TSE,STIR,FFE and compared with the X-ray and CT.Results:Bone structure of all patients on X-ray and CT is normal.Long T 1 signal was observed in T 1W/TSE and FFE.Long T 2 signal was observed in T 2W/TSE and STIR.They conformed to the pathological basis.MRI can also observe menisci torn,ligament torn and liquid in joint.Conclusion:MRI was better than the traditional imaging examine (X-ray,CT)and helpful to be progress in clinical understanding on traumatic injury of the knee.It was treated in time.
