小切口交锁髓内钉治疗浮膝损伤

目的 探讨小切口上下交锁髓内钉治疗浮动膝关节损伤方法。方法 对我科在2000年1月～2005年12月通过同一小切口上下交锁髓内钉治疗浮动膝关节损伤14例进行回顾性分析。结果 平随诊18月．无主钉弯曲，断裂和锁钉断裂现象，无感染，膝关节活动良好。结论 同一小切口上下交锁髓内钉治疗浮动膝关节损伤，具有创伤小，固定确切，感染率低，骨折愈合率高，膝关节功能良好。

Treatment of floating knee with interlocked intramedulary nailing through a small incision

Objective To study a method of treatment of floating knee injury through a small incision with up and down interlocked intramedullary nailing. Methods From January 2000 to December 2005,14 patients with floating knee injury received small incision with up and down interlocked intramedullary nailing for internal fixation were analyzed retrospectively. Results The mean follow-up time was 18 months.No infection or break of nail occurred in all patienes, knee joint the activity is good. Conclusion Up and down interlocked intramedullary nailing with a small incision to the treatment of floating knee injuries, It has the advantages of fewer invasions less infection steady fixation and knee joint function is good.
