| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定中成药中铅、镉、砷、铜4种有害元素的原子吸收光谱法，进而对中成药中的有害元素进行限量控制。方法：样品经电热板或微波消解，铅、镉采用石墨炉法，砷采用氢化物法，铜采用火焰法进行测定。结果：标准曲线线性良好，相关系数r大于0．9998，加样回收率在93％～119％之间。结论：该法能满足微量分析的要求，可用于中成药中有害元素的限量控制。
