出血性中风病人的脑CT,中医辨证与血液流变学的关系探讨

摘    要:对90例出血性中风病人的脑CT,中医辨证与血液流变学的关系进行了观察和分析。结果表明:中脏腑多为内、外侧混合型脑出血,出血破入脑室及出血量>30ml者;中经络多为内、外侧型脑出血及出血量<30ml者。两者血液流变学指标差异有显著意义。提示脑CT表现与血液流变学指标可作为脑出血中医辨证的参考。

Abstract:he relationship with traditional Chinese medical(TCM) differentiation of symptomsand signs, CT characteristics and blood rheological indexes(BRI)were analysed in 90 pa-tients with acute cerebral hemorrhage. The results showed that in the group of apoplexyinvolving the viscera and hollow organs,the inside and outside mixed type of cerebral hem-orrhages,blood entering into brain ventricles,brain stem hemorrhage were the main phe-nomenon,the amount of bleeding was more than 30ml.In the group of apoplexy involvingthe channels and their collaterals,the inside and outside type of cerebral hemorrhage werethe main phenomenon,the amount of bleeding was lower than 30ml.The blood rheologicalindexes had significant difference between these two groups of patients. The results suggest-ed that the CT characteristics of acute stroke and the blood rheological indexes could beconsidered as references to differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM in acute apoplexy.
