| 摘 要： | 牵引能拉大椎间隙,减少对神经根的刺激,恢复因肌肉痉挛所致的小关节紊乱,调节力学平衡,又利于突出物回纳。踩跷法、探、点、弹拨等手法能舒筋通络,行气止痛,理筋整复,解除肌肉痉挛,使损伤组织恢复及炎症的吸收。指出:单一方法难以奏效,多种治疗手段才能有效地缓解症状。
