火焰原子吸收光谱法测定空气中铅的探讨

摘    要:目的:提高火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中铅的灵敏度。方法:选择铅的测试波长217.0 nm和氘灯背景校正。结果:线性范围为0~5μg/ml,检出限0.09μg/ml,该方法回收率93.7%~102.8%,用标准物质滤膜(Zk101-2)对该法验证,验证结果与推荐值一致,相对标准偏差(n=9)为2.34%。结论:在测试波长217.0 nm测定结果准确、可靠,并可提高火焰原子吸收光谱法测定工作场所空气中铅的灵敏度。

Abstract:Objective: To increase the sensitivity of the method that measures the lead in the air of the working site by the flame-atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: Select 217.0 nm as the wavelength of the lead and the deuterium lamp as a background for emendation.Results: The linear scale is 0~5 μg/ml,and the measure limit is 0.09 μg/ml,and the recovery rate of method is 94.6%~104.0%.The method is verified by the standard matter filter membrane(Zk101-2),and the results are consistent to the recommended value,th...
